Welcome to Fiitnovaa. By purchasing a membership or subscription through our website, you agree to the following Refund & Return Policy.

1. Subscription Services

Fitness Academy provides digital fitness services through recurring subscription memberships. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout).
  • Our services are digital and do not include physical products.
  • Access to workouts, training programs, meal plans, coaching content, and other member materials is provided immediately after payment is successfully processed.

2. Returns

Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer returns or exchanges once access to the platform and content has been granted.

3. Refund Policy

All payments are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be reviewed and approved in limited situations, including:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical issue
  • Unauthorized transactions confirmed by our billing team
  • Billing errors made by Fiitnovaa.
  • To request a refund for any of the situations above, please contact us within 7 days of the charge date.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation will stop future renewals only.
  • Your membership access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time or unused services.

5. Free Trials & Promotional Offers

If a free trial or promotional offer is available:

  • You may cancel before the trial period ends to avoid future charges.
  • If the subscription is not canceled before the renewal date, it will automatically continue as a paid recurring subscription.

6. Payment Disputes

If you experience any billing concerns, we encourage you to contact our support team first so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive payment disputes.

7. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed:

  • We may attempt to retry the payment method.
  • Membership access may be temporarily paused until payment is successfully completed.
